End User License Agreement

Effective date: 01.05.2025

1. Terms and Definitions

• Application means “Humio — 3D Anatomy Atlas” for iOS, Android and Windows, intended for studying human anatomy using interactive 3D models.
• Content means all application materials: 3D models, text, images, animations, audio, data and interface elements.
• User means an individual who installs or uses the Application.
• Account means the user’s personal account created during registration.
• Subscription means paid access to extended application functionality for a defined period.
• Trial period means free access to application functionality for 1 day from first activation.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This End User License Agreement is a public offer and defines the terms of use of the Application.

The Operator grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes.

Commercial use of the Application or Content, including use in educational institutions, clinics or derivative materials, is allowed only with the Operator’s written consent.

The territory of use is worldwide without jurisdictional restrictions.

3. Acceptance

The User accepts this Agreement by any of the following actions:

• installing or launching the Application;
• registering an account;
• purchasing a subscription or access plan.

If the User does not agree with this Agreement, the User must stop using the Application and delete it from the device.

4. License and Restrictions

The User must not:

• copy, distribute, rent, sell or sublicense the Application or any part of it;
• modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Application;
• bypass or violate technical protection measures;
• use Application Content commercially without written consent;
• remove or alter copyright notices or other markings.

Screenshots and video recordings are allowed for personal and non-commercial purposes when copyright attribution is preserved.

5. Subscription and Payment

The trial period lasts 1 day from first activation. After the trial ends, access is limited until an access plan is purchased.

Subscription prices are shown in app stores and inside the Application.

Subscriptions purchased through App Store or Google Play are managed by those stores. The Operator does not directly process payment card data for store purchases.

For the Windows version, subscription synchronization is performed through an account linked to the same email address.

6. Account

Registration requires an email address and name. Google sign-in may also be available.

The User is responsible for the accuracy of provided data and account security.

The Operator may block an account if this Agreement is violated.

7. Use of Materials

All rights to the Application Content belong to the Operator.

Commercial use of screenshots, videos or other materials obtained from the Application is allowed only under a separate written license agreement.

8. Updates and Changes

The Application may update automatically. Updates may change functionality, interface and available content.

The Operator may change subscription prices, subscription terms and this Agreement.

9. Personal Data

The Operator processes the following personal data:

• email address;
• user name;
• application usage statistics.

Processing purposes include account support, service access, notifications, analytics and compliance with legal requirements.

10. Medical Disclaimer

The Application is for informational and educational purposes only. The Application is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment decisions or replacement of consultation with a qualified medical professional.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device.

The Operator is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the Application.

12. Intellectual Property

All exclusive rights to the Application and Content belong to the Operator. This Agreement does not grant intellectual property rights except those expressly stated here.

13. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective from acceptance until terminated.

The User may terminate the Agreement by deleting the Application from all devices and cancelling the subscription.

The Operator may terminate access if the User violates this Agreement.

14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Before going to court, the parties must attempt pre-trial dispute resolution by sending a written claim by email. The response period is 30 calendar days.

Judicial disputes are considered at the Operator’s place of registration.
